Additional costs / other costs

• The costs for final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, electricity, drinking water and waste water are included in the flat rate.
• The deposit per holiday house is 100,00 €. This is to be deposited in advance and will be returned after departure.
• In the holiday house "Emily" is possible to bring a pet, on request. The price per night is 6,00 €.

• From 7 nights in season A or 3 nights in season B / C, the rental price includes a 4 hour spa stay per person.
• The use of the playground in the playground and sunpark is free of charge for our premium holidaymakers. You will receive a key for the gate upon arrival.
